Privacy Policy
Last revised: October 16, 2026. This policy governs all information submitted through marmation.com and during contracted implementation work.
1. Who We Are
Marmation is a digital systems implementation brand operated by The Quiet Protocol. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and protect information submitted through our website forms, booking calendars, and during the course of client implementation projects. We serve commercial businesses across the United States and Canada.
2. Information We Collect
We collect business contact details you provide directly: name, company, work email, direct phone number, project scope notes, budget range, and implementation timing. When you reserve a consultation slot, we record the selected date, time, and service context. During active implementation projects we may handle your CRM configuration details, custom field schemas, and workflow logic — all of which remain inside your own client-owned software account.
3. How We Use Your Information
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate project fit, prepare scope proposals, schedule qualification calls, and deliver contracted implementation work. We do not use your data for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to promotional email lists without explicit consent.
4. Data We Do Not Sell
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize business contact information to third parties. We do not purchase contact lists. Every record in our system originates from a direct, intentional submission by a business owner or authorized representative.
5. Data Retention
Qualification submissions are retained for the duration of active project evaluation and for a reasonable period thereafter to support follow-up correspondence. Upon written request, we will remove your business contact data from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any contractual or legal record-keeping obligations.
6. Client Account Ownership
All implementations are performed inside your own software account. Contacts, pipelines, workflows, custom fields, calendars, and domains remain your property. Marmation does not retain administrative access to your account after project handover unless you explicitly grant ongoing support access.
7. Third-Party Processors
Submitted intake data may be processed through our CRM platform, email provider, and calendar tools for the purpose of qualification and scheduling. These processors are bound by their own data protection agreements. We do not transfer your data to any party beyond what is necessary to respond to your inquiry or deliver your project.
8. Security Measures
We restrict internal access to submitted information to authorized implementation staff. Access credentials, where applicable, are stored in encrypted credential management systems. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@thequietprotocol.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a verifiable request.
10. U.S. and Canada Compliance
We operate in compliance with applicable U.S. state privacy laws and Canadian privacy legislation including PIPEDA where relevant. Our practices are designed to meet the requirements of both jurisdictions for commercial business contact data.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of our intake forms after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
12. Contact
For privacy inquiries, data access requests, or data removal requests, contact hello@thequietprotocol.com or call 855-603-2525 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST).
